SYNTAPUNK (신타펑크)섬망 | JAM IN SEOUL LIVE

SYNTAPUNK is a Korean band creating immersive soundscapes centered around guitars and synthesizers. “Delirium” was inspired by vocalist Hong Hyun-seok’s experience of staying beside his father during his final days in the hospital. Drawing from the disorientation between reality, memory and hallucination, the song builds a dreamlike yet unsettling atmosphere. Reversed and distorted sounds near the end reflect the confusion and instability of a delirious state. This live session was recorded at Jam in SeouL, capturing the emotional depth and sonic space at the heart of SYNTAPUNK’s music.

LiberaliadeGENERATION

A live session by Korean metalcore band Liberalia, active for more than a decade since first forming as “uMoi” in 2012. “deGENERATION” explores a man escaping the monotony of reality through a virtual world, only to become increasingly consumed by stronger stimulation and artificial pleasure. Blurring the line between reality and illusion, the song reflects on desire, emptiness and isolation in an age where the virtual can feel more compelling than the real. Liberalia delivers the story through heavy riffs, explosive rhythms and intensely driven vocals, captured live at Jam in SeouL.

SIEN가장 따듯한 색, 블루

A live session by SIEN, an artist whose sound blends indie and alternative rock with a subtle, deeply emotional sensibility. “가장 따듯한 색, 블루” is SIEN’s debut single, born from the desire to comfort oneself in moments when there seems to be nowhere else to turn. Blue may appear cold, yet it is also the color of a flame at its hottest. The song reflects on that contrast — suggesting that even the moments that feel most difficult may become some of the most intense and meaningful moments of our lives. SIEN’s delicate yet powerful sound and the emotion of the performance were captured live at Jam in SeouL.

This collaboration began with a simple idea: to capture a band as they are — playing naturally, without staging the moment. The session was documented through photography, video, and the band’s actual live performance audio. Jam in SeouL led the project from concept development and artist coordination to session production, recording, and mixing, working alongside a photographer to preserve the band’s natural energy both on and off camera.
